Northern Reflections Now Open At A New Downtown Collingwood Location |
|
Northern Reflections has opened a new store in Downtown Collingwood. The opening represents a departure from the usual policy of locating in malls, as the new Collingwood location is one of only two downtown locations in existence for the company. Northern Reflections Manager Heather MacDonald has moved to Collingwood from Newmarket to operate the new location. Store employee Alyssa Ferguson said that everyone has been very happy with the initial response to the new location as business has been very good. The store opened just in time for the annual Collingwood Elvis Festival. Northern Reflections offers casual, yet dressy clothing for the mature female shopper. Ferguson says the inventory is a perfect match for the active Collingwood lifestyle. |

Northern Reflections is open 7 days a week and employs 8 people. Service to the customer is important. Prior to opening, renovations to the building were conducted to keep the character and heritage of the building alive in the Downtown Collingwood Heritage District. |
